Time-sensitive updates on Hairbrella’s pricing and exclusive access to our Spring Sale

Hi Hairbrella Family!

I just wrapped a call with our partners overseas this morning—folks I’ve worked alongside for years—talking through the latest round of U.S. tariff hikes. And I wanted to reach out to you directly.

Let’s be real—“Made in China” comes with some baggage. I get that. And if we could make everything here at home and keep the prices reasonable, I would. We’ve tried. When we produced in the U.S., our cost per unit was more than 3x current pricing with specialty materials that were only available in China. We don’t just slap logos on sourced goods—we design every Hairbrella product from scratch. Most are made by hand, using high-quality materials and custom construction you won’t find in off-the-shelf headwear.

We’ve been thoughtful about this since 2016maintaining premium quality and accessibility through every launch, restock, and even a whole pandemic. And through it all, we've kept prices as steady as possible with bundle deals, free shipping, generous discounts—you name it.

But these new tariffs?  They're real, and they’re set to take effect soon. That means increased costs and some unavoidable shifts to pricing and shipping down the line.

So, if you’ve been thinking about grabbing that rain jacket, swim cap, or sleep caps, etc.—now’s the time. Our Spring Sale (20% off) is still going, but we may need to wrap it earlier than expected depending on how this plays out.

We’ve weathered way bigger storms—and come out stronger every time. So while this isn’t ideal, we’re fearless in any forecast 😉 and already working on smart ways to keep you covered, literally and figuratively.

Thanks for continuing to ride with us. You’ve been here through the prototypes, the patents, the press, and yes—even the copycats. I’ll always keep it real with you and bring you in on the journey.

Rain or shine,

Tracey
Founder, Hairbrella

P.S. I’ll be sharing some behind-the-scenes soon so you can see exactly what it takes to bring your favorite products to life—from sketches to stitches. Stay tuned 👀
